Our Policy
At Jazlyn Fragrances, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to feel confident and happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, please review our return and refund policy below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used perfumes.
Proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or receipt) is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Opened or partially used perfume bottles.
Items purchased on sale or promotion (unless defective or damaged).
Gift cards and free samples.
3. Damaged or Defective Products
If your item arrives damaged, leaking, or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the product and packaging.
We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.
4. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
5. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are only available for products that arrived damaged or incorrect.
We do not offer direct product exchanges for preference (e.g., different fragrance choice).
6. Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (except for damaged or defective items).
We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.
